Signage for Stralsund
Stralsund is a short journey for us, and the town has two trading locations that behave completely differently. What works on a facade in the old centre is too small at the Strelapark, and the other way round.
We plan, design, build and install signage for hospitality, hotels, retail and service businesses in Stralsund: illuminated lettering, digital displays, window graphics and company signs. Advice, design, production and installation all come from one workshop.
On the ground
The two locations call for different answers.
In the old centre people arrive on foot, and usually from the side. Flat lettering on the facade is then only seen once you are standing in front of it, while a sign mounted at right angles works from the direction people are walking. The surfaces are smaller, the distances tighter, and the substrate decides the fixing – which we settle before production, not up a ladder.
At the Strelapark and in the trading estates the reading distance is another matter entirely. Here people read from the car and across car parks, so lettering and logo need more size, and lightboxes or large letters carry further than fine graphics.
Then there are the businesses that do not live on passing trade. Cleaning firms, trades and other service companies in Stralsund are found less through the facade than through the vehicle parked outside and a clean sign at the door.

You see a design before anything is made. Production starts after your approval, and we fit it ourselves.
Travel and installation
Our workshop is in the district of Vorpommern-Rügen, and Stralsund is a short journey from it. We look after projects there and handle the installation on site – we do not keep a branch in Stralsund.
Because the journey is short, measuring up, fitting and a later adjustment visit can be planned around the project. Whoever rings reaches the same people who made the design and who align the lettering afterwards.

Illuminated Letters & Digital Menu Boards for Ganesha Taste of India
For the Indian restaurant Ganesha Taste of India we produced bespoke 3D illuminated letters and fitted them on site. We also installed digital screens and presented the menu on them in a clean, contemporary design. The result: outdoor signage that stands out and a digital menu that keeps working day and night.

Which signage suits the old centre, and which the Strelapark?
In the old centre what counts is the view from the direction people walk; a sign mounted at right angles to the facade often does more there than flat lettering. At the Strelapark people read from further away and frequently from the car, so larger letters and lightboxes carry better. Send us a photograph of your location and we will tell you which fits.
Will you come out to measure up?
Photographs and rough dimensions are enough for the enquiry. On suitable projects we check measurements and the mounting situation on site before production – for signs at height or on a difficult substrate that is the safer route.
Do you also letter company vehicles in Stralsund?
Yes. For cleaning firms, trades and other service businesses that is often more effective than the facade, because the vehicle is out in the working area anyway. Application takes place at our workshop or, by arrangement, on site.
